A collaborative impact
In its first year, R&Co4Generations has launched support for local projects in 22 countries across five continents. To achieve our mission, we have selected 50 not-for-profit organisations to enter a multiyear partnership with and fulfil projects across the following areas: skills and talents, entrepreneurial mindsets, championing innovation and protecting the environment.
Five regional committees, comprising 60 colleagues across our locations, play an active role in selecting these projects and approving partners based on their shared values, understanding of our mission and ability to evidence impact. These members and our R&Co4Generations ambassadors also promote our actions throughout our geographies.
Introducing our new global governance and structured monitoring and evaluation process means we can identify and offer the right support to make the greatest impact. From grant funding to pro bono advisory, purposeful volunteering and company fundraising, our partnerships are diverse but empowering the next generation remains our priority.

Pro bono Advisory at Rothschild & Co We believe that one of the most effective ways we can make a meaningful difference is by sharing our professional knowledge and skills as a business. We pursue this through our Pro bono Advisory initiative, offering free professional advice to social purpose organisations.
