R&Co4Generations launched in May 2021 and represented a change in how we practice philanthropy at Rothschild & Co, streamlining our global efforts into one group approach. This is designed to strengthen our global commitment and collective impact whilst delivering a unified perspective to employee engagement in all our locations and providing colleagues and clients with greater visibility of our philanthropic activities.
We are proud to share some key highlights from our achievements so far.

The reporting period is 31 June 2021 to 31 June 2022.
35 partners completed our evaluation forms as their projects had sufficient data to report on by the end of our reporting period. Of those, 20 shared data on the gender of their beneficiaries.
The preparation and coordination of the Progress Report involved members of Rothschild & Co Group entities, the King Baudouin Foundation and R&Co4Generations’ partner charities.
