Fundraising and matching
We are proud to be an active member in our communities by fundraising for the causes that are important to us. Each year, we run several fundraising and giving campaigns for our colleagues locally and globally. To maximise our people’s contributions, we also match their donations.

Standing with Ukraine
We have all been shocked by the events unfolding in Ukraine. As a group, we stand together with all those affected by the crisis. We have supported several humanitarian organisations to help provide shelter, food and medical support to those in Ukraine and refugees in neighbouring countries.
Our Warsaw office has been hugely motivated to help those who have been forcibly displaced and has been working with the Happy Kids Foundation (HKF), with whom they have a long-standing partnership with. This Polish charity creates and runs family orphanages for children formerly neglected, marginalised or deprived of care. Since the crisis in Ukraine started, HKF has worked tirelessly to organise the safe evacuation of orphans aged 10 months to 17 years to their foster care facilities in Poland.
Our colleagues in Poland have inspired us with their efforts in leading independent initiatives to respond to the crisis. They have arranged transport from Ukraine to Poland and further west, offered accommodation to Ukrainian refugees, delivered food and other necessities, donated clothes, toys and other material goods, and have given blood donations to support vital healthcare provision. We are immensely proud of their generosity and kindness.
Act for Humanity
Almost 900 colleagues participated in our global Act for Humanity challenge over the summer. This virtual challenge saw our colleagues keeping active and taking action to protect the environment, all while raising money for refugee charities worldwide.
14,244 different activities were undertaken either solo or with colleagues, friends and family across two weeks. We tried everything from beach clean-ups and paragliding to watching environmental documentaries, plogging and cooking classes. See some highlights below of the photos taken by our colleagues during the challenge.
UK Summer Intern Fundraiser
We know how important it is for our colleagues to be involved with R&Co4Generations from day one, and our 2022 summer interns were no exception. In the UK, seven teams participated in some friendly competition, completing sponsored fitness challenges, hosting bake sales and holding raffles with big prizes to raise funds for selected partners.
We are proud of our interns' contribution and how they fully embraced the R&Co4Generations ethos.
