Events play an important role in retaining and converting clients. They are one of the best ways to showcase our brand and differentiate us from the competition.

Going forward, we will separate the art events from our overall events analysis. Based on the internal audit, it is clear we can't continue referring to participants as "prospects" because they should be categorised as a "contact". Similarly, the data from the art events are not accurate and distort the overall results.

Overall, in Q2 2025, clients had the highest attendance rate due to the high number of client entertainment events we hosted.

Overall, in Q2 2025, 2 prospects became a client in Q2 2025, amounting to a total of NNA CHF 844,724

Although CAs engage with these contacts through various touchpoints beyond our events, their attendance clearly supports client acquisition efforts.
