Q3 2024 in a nutshell
- Events: A wide range of initiatives that took advantage of current trends (e.g.UEFA viewing) and different locations (e.g., Prague, Hong Kong), keeping us active with events throughout the summer months
- Business: Supporting Dubai wih its offices inauguration, new PR agency in Germany
- Successful performance with Mass Mailing: Efficient process, with automation, reporting and high satisfaction from our Front Office colleagues
- Data Analytics: More granular data to track our channels and events guest list
- Internal comms: 2nd Town-hall in September, revamping our R&Connect / Marketing pages for WM Switzerland, ExChange & Connect breakfasts continue

Town Hall with Board of Directors
Organising our Town Hall with the new technology
This Town Hall was more of a challenge due to the novel Boardroom technology, made even more complicated due to the fact that we would host our Board of Directors for an exciting Q&A. By conducting ten test runs, with the support of our UK and IT colleagues, it was a huge success!

Q4
Kick-off of new client survey: Rolling-out the client survey with PwC, with the goal to gain more insights into our clients to better define our marketing strategies.
Initiated the event management tool project: Looking into a new effecient and automated process. Including the guest list management through AURA and event management with an external event tool.
New slides on UpSlide (enhanced templates from Group level): After some delays, the new templates will be introduced in November. These slides will cater to our CAs pitch needs in alignment with the new slide style from Group.
New pitching slides: Introducing the revamped decks on Discretionary and Advisory to our WM CH UpSlides library.
R&Connect & Marketing Page: Revamping our WM R&Connect page with a more orderly layout. Also, developing a new Corporate Affairs page with all relevant information for our WM colleagues.
Kick-off of new branding for WM CH: Implementing the results from the brand survey from this year by refining our brand guidelines for our Swiss local needs. Including a revamp of our website, event and marketing materials.
Website relaunch: Relaunching our website with a more complete offering description & premium shell to generate business.
