Events play an important role in retaining and converting clients. They are one of the best ways to showcase our brand and differentiate us from the competition.

Going forward, we will separate the art events from our overall events analysis. Based on the internal audit, it is clear we can't continue referring to participants as "prospects" because they should be categorised as a "contact". Similarly, the data from the art events are not accurate and distort the overall results.

Please note, these figures are based on the available cost data as of the end of Q3 2025. Some of these costs are subject to change, so they should be considered as an approximate.
