WAM Offsite

From 24-26 September, our team organised (together with Group Colleagues) this year's WAM Offsite at the Beau-Rivage Palace Hotel in Lausanne. This year’s edition welcomed nearly 130 colleagues from 13 different countries, including speakers from across the business, and featured two distinguished external guests: Tony Estanguet, former Olympian and President of the Paris Olympics Committee, and François Bennahmias, former CEO of Audemars Piguet.

After months of meticulous planning, the event ran smoothly and without incident. The scale and complexity of the offsite required significant effort and coordination, with most of our team dedicated to ensuring its seamless execution.

Initial feedback has been very positive, and we are currently awaiting the results of the post-event survey and finalising our follow-up communications.
